Introducing the Pure Nymph 2 – Refined, Redesigned and Ready for the River!

Following the fantastic success of our original Pure Nymph 1 and the brilliant feedback from our customers, we went back to the drawing board to see how we could make an already great leader even better. The result? The Pure Nymph 2: a refined, two-leader nymphing system designed to give you greater versatility, sensitivity and control on the water.

We've reworked the tapers, upgraded the indicator materials and developed two dedicated leaders to cover a wider range of nymphing situations.

Ultra-Light Nymphing Leader – Dark Charcoal Grey

Designed for unweighted flies and smaller nymphs, the Ultra-Light 6-8x offers a delicate, stealthy presentation that's ideal for slower water and more technical fishing. Its smaller indicator allows you to keep your setup subtle while maintaining the sensitivity needed to detect those all-important takes.

Standard Nymphing Leader – Light Grey

When it's time to fish weighted nymphs or larger patterns, our heavier-duty version delivers. Built for  4–6x tippet, it features a larger indicator and a beefed-up taper to handle the demands of fishing heavier nymphs with confidence.

• Adjustable indicator positioning – Apply a little of our Leader Balm and you can slide the indicator up or down the leader by approximately 3–4 feet, giving you plenty of scope to adjust your fishing depth.

Every Pure Nymph 2 package includes both the Ultra-Light and Standard Nymphing Leaders, allowing you to switch between setups as conditions change. No need to compromise when you can have the right tool for the job.

Important: Please remember to remove the leaders before breaking down your rod. They cannot be wound onto your reel, so they must be detached when packing your rod away and reattached when setting up.
